CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT TERMS

CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT TERMS (parts 1-6)

1.) TRAVEL:   The Client (party hiring the services of The Private English Teacher [Steve  

             Dolby]) agrees to pay travel costs to & from Steve Dolby’s nearest airport* to the

             place of study & return (at the end of the agreed contract. period [or as mutually

             otherwise agreed, see “6” below]).

                        This will be achieved  by The Client purchasing an open return air ticket in

            the name of Steve Dolby departing from that nearest airport* to destination & return  

           [open]) to be collected at that airport*  by Steve Dolby on presentation of his British     

           passport. The Client agrees to meet Steve Dolby at the destination airport to

           facilitate & pay for visa & entry formalities etc (as required), & to deliver him to the

           agreed place of study.

2.) ACCOMMODATION: The Client agrees to  provide & pay for accommodation (food by

          arrangement) for Steve Dolby throughout the contract period in the form of a single

          lockable room with toilet & shower, refrigerator, small stove & use of a computer

         connected to the internet (required for translations & research.) This accommodation

         does not have to be luxurious but should be clean & guaranteed secure by the Client. 

3.) MEDICAL INSURANCE:  The Client agrees to arrange medical insurance for Steve Dolby

         for the duration of his contract.

4.) WORKING HOURS: Steve Dolby is a  highly energetic & conscientious  worker (& very

         rarely gets sick.) He will work 8 hours everyday except Sunday during the contract

        period & perform all agreed duties with enthusiasm & diligence.

5.) FEES: ....are dependant on the circumstances (location, duration of assignment,

       number & type of students etc) ....(Example A: Teaching single or multiple students in

       a secure private home, school, university, temple or military camp etc, in a secure

       country & location = £250 - £500 (after tax) per week ....

       Example B: Teaching in a hazardous, remote or semi war zone location = £1,000

       - £2,500 (after tax) per week. The Client agrees to pay the agreed fees   

       telegraphically  into Steve Dolby’s chosen bank account at the end of each working

       week or pro rata part thereof.
